Who can have Mesotherapy?

What are the benefits of Mesotherapy over surgical techniques such as liposuction?
Unlike Liposuction, Mesotherapy treats cellulite directly and removes the fat from the fat cell without destroying it. We believe this helps give Mesotherapy its beautiful natural smooth appearance. If you gain weight after having Mesotherapy, the fat will simply return to the treated area. With liposuction, fat can start to occur in places that had been thin in the past, such as the arms, neck, face and calves.
How fast will I see results?
Treatments vary depending on the age type of fat, size of patient, and location of treatment. A thin patient with “love handles” or “saddle bags” may require less, whereas obese individuals may require more. An average patient might require five to ten treatments or more, however an athlete concentrating on a targeted area might only need two to four treatments. Smokers more treatments.

Are there any risks or side effects?

What is the difference between Cosmetic Acupuncture and Botox injections?
Botox (Botulinum Toxin aka clostridium botulinum) is the same bacteria that paralyzes muscles when you get food poisoning. Thus, the biggest negative effect of Botox may produce an undesirable result by immobilizing too much of the face, which could be permanent. With Cosmetic Acupuncture the worst that could happen is a minor bruise that goes away in a few days.
Botox is more expensive as an injection in a region of the face can cost $300 to as much as $1,500. There are as many as 10 or more regions, so the entire treatment can cost up to $15,000. The health investment of Cosmetic Acupuncture at my clinic is 175 for the first treatment and 150 for the remaining treatments. For a 10 treatment protocol the total is 1525 (see our package discounts) However, this covers the entire face not just a region like with Botox.
Botox lasts only for a few months and needs to be repeated several times annually to maintain good results. Depending on your age and skin health two treatments semi-annually is needed to maintain the results of Cosmetic Acupuncture.

What is the difference between Cosmetic Acupuncture and Botox injections?
Botox (Botulinum Toxin aka clostridium botulinum) is the same bacteria that paralyzes muscles when you get food poisoning. Thus, the biggest negative effect of Botox may produce an undesirable result by immobilizing too much of the face, which could be permanent. With Cosmetic Acupuncture the worst that could happen is a minor bruise that goes away in a few days.
Botox is more expensive as an injection in a region of the face can cost $300 to as much as $1,500. There are as many as 10 or more regions, so the entire treatment can cost up to $15,000. The health investment of Cosmetic Acupuncture at my clinic is 175 for the first treatment and 150 for the remaining treatments.
